Pricing & Taxes.

Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on our website are current, but as with the back ordering if an item needs to be re ordered and is found to have increased in price we will always inform the customer first before proceeding with any order, and we reserve the right to pass on any increase.

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT @ 15.00% and are quoted in UK pound sterling. Unfortunately as a British company we cannot waive VAT. All prices quoted are excluding shipping and handling costs.

Cancellations

It is our aim to despatch within 24 hours of receipt of confirmation, therefore any cancellations would need to be made prior to despatch, should you change your mind after the goods have left us, please see guidelines under returns and replacements.

Payment Methods

All orders must be paid for prior to shipping, cheques made out to: Witch Way Crafts Ltd need to be received & cleared before despatch of goods. Please record your order reference on the back of the cheque with your full postal address. Please see contacts page for postal details.

We accept Credit Card Payment from Visa, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Solo, and Maestro, unfortunately we cannot accept Electron, and these can be made either through the website or over the phone through our shop Mstory. 01480 458854


Disclaimer

Witch Way Crafts as far as possible use natural, pure ingredients, we use only reputable suppliers who hold similar principles to ourselves, and who endeavor to produce entirely cruelty free product. However the stability and nature of our perishable products may be altered depending on storage conditions, or when used in combination with other ingredients, therefore Witch Way Crafts cannot accept any liability in this regard because this is beyond our control, and we strongly recommend that the customer is versed in product use before purchase.

Witch Way Crafts provides the information contained herein in good faith but makes no representation as to its comprehensiveness or accuracy. This website summarises our best current knowledge of the health and safety hazard information of the product and individuals receiving this information must exercise their independent judgment in determining its appropriateness for a particular purpose.
As the availability of ingredients and raw materials is not always certain whether due to changes in nature or otherwise, Witch Way Crafts reserves the right to substitute alternate ingredients/raw materials in the manufacture of its products and bases in order to maintain supply to its customers.

Making A PurchaseOrdering Guidelines

Orders can be placed through our website by e-mail or telephone, just browse our store and add items that you wish to purchase into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection click on "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Orders will normally be processed within 24 hours of receipt, but we cannot guarantee despatch times in situations affected by circumstances beyond our control. Once the order is processed, any changes will be treated as a new order.

International orders will need to be confirmed before the order is processed, payment is charged, and despatch is made. The order will be held until the customer advises the final confirmation (no more than 4 weeks).
Shipping And HandlingShipping and Handling

Freight calculation is done on weight, volume and destination and we are happy to provide a quote before processing payment if requested at the time the order is placed.

We normally send your order to you to be received with in 2- 3 working days within the UK; International orders are generally received within 14 days. However once the items have left the shop we are in the hands of the courier and other external factors.

International orders may require legal documents for exports purposes, please check with your own countries laws or customs before ordering from us. They may impose extra duty which will have to be paid for by the customer. Please Note: We cannot ship brooms, daggers, knives, bolines or Athemes anywhere other than the UK at present.

International orders paid by Credit Card will only be shipped to the Credit Card holders address to try and avoid credit card fraud.

Back OrdersBack Ordering

When confirmation is received this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us, we will indicate acceptance of your order and hence a contract between us, when we confirm payment has been taken and products despatched. Out of stock items will not have a payment taken without confirmation of availability and price. Any price increase will not be passed onto the customer without your consent or opportunity to cancel order.

All items that appear on the website are usually in stock, however if your item is not in stock we will seek confirmation from you (either by email or phone) to back order, with the option to cancel if you would rather not wait. Payment is only taken once these items are ready for despatch. Orders will not be "held" for more than 4 weeks and after that time must be re-ordered if or when it becomes available.

Credit Card SecurityCredit card security

When the order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer, they are not held in clear text on any website. Credit card details given over the phone are processed by our machine and no personal details are ever kept. On Line Credit Card facilities powered by Worldpay.

Returns PolicyReturns and Replacements.

Any discrepancies must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Any discrepancies will be logged into our system for quick reference so that we can better manage your account. No returns or exchange will be allowed after the 7 days from receipt of your order, unless the goods are faulty, in which case this must fall within a 28 day window, returns will not be accepted beyond 2 months.

Any problems reported after the 7 days that are not the fault of Witch Way Crafts will incur a 20% re-stocking fee. Errors made by the client when placing their orders can be returned if reported within the 7 days and products are unopened this will incur the 20% re-stocking fee, this includes change of mind returns also. Goods must be returned in resalable condition, and return freight will be at the customer's expense. 20% restocking fee covers the cost of time and labour involved in returning goods to our shelves, and any charges made to us by the courier or the banks for processing payment.

Goods must be repacked carefully before return and the package must include a letter identifying your invoice number, name contact information as well as the goods being returned, and whether you require a replacement or credit, it is extremely important that you provide as much detail as possible about what you are returning and why so that it can be processed accurately and promptly. Please ensure that full tracking details (airway bill or tracking number) are provided in order to monitor the speed of the parcel being sent back.

Every care is taken by Witch Way Crafts to ensure that items leave us in good condition and items are inspected before being dispatched.

If an error has been made by Witch Way Crafts with regards to a written order, either invoicing or packing we will gladly pay for the return shipment, if the customer requires urgent re-despatch, it will be necessary to pay for the goods at the time the reorder is lodged, which will then be refunded once we receive the returned items.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
