Imbolc is traditionally the time of awakening, the Celtic Goddess Brigid is rejuvenated, in her maiden form she stirs from her long winter slumber. Patron of the healer, Poet and Smith, it is appropriate then that this Atheme was completed on the 1st of February and dedicated to her honour. Born of fire in the finest English pewter with a hand turned wooden handle.
